Blog posting- sound

    During the sound project I learned that when sounds are in movies like rain or texting the sounds come from foley where people use objects to create sounds. For my project the directions stated that we had to make 4 of our own foley sounds then use links to create a scene with no video other than sound. During my brainstorming my partner and I thought of doing a scene with a car crash and we picked out some test sounds and watched the videos to figure out what we could use for our foley sounds.The outline helped us set how to put the sounds in order in the video and which sounds we wanted to use. For the editing resources we used adobe premiere. I think next time we should pick a better plot then a car crash scene but I think we did a good job with picking out ways to utilize foley sounds.
